I have qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and BWRT®
For some clients it can be valuable to combine the approaches of Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness. However, this is not the case with BWRT®, which is very much a unique ‘stand-alone’ therapeutic approach.
I can help with anxieties, fears and phobias, panic attacks, stress relief, improving self-esteem and building confidence, pain management, smoking cessation, other unwanted habits and many more issues.
I offer a free 20-30 minute initial consultation so that I can gain an understanding of your needs. This also enables you to get an understanding about the therapy process and whether or not you feel that I am the right therapist for you.
